1.5 Hour INITIAL KINESIOLOGY SESSION

During an initial kinesiology session, we will typically gather information about your health history, current concerns, and goals. The session may include the following components:

1. Intake and Assessment: Medical history, current symptoms, and any specific goals or issues you would like to address

2. Muscle Testing: Use of muscle testing as a biofeedback tool to identify imbalances or stressors within the body

3. Energy Balancing: Based on the muscle testing results, work to restore balance and harmony to your body's energy systems. This may involve techniques such as acupressure, gentle touch, or holding specific points on the body

4. Corrections and Techniques: Use of various kinesiology techniques to address specific imbalances or blockages identified during the session. These techniques can include nutritional recommendations, emotional stress release, neurolymphatic reflex points, neurovascular reflex points, acupressure points and many more natural healing modalities specific to kinesiology and mind body medicine, such as vibrational healing tools, bach flower essences, essential oils, sound, colour, crystals etc.

5. Feedback and Recommendations: At the end of the session, there may be recommendations for self-care, lifestyle adjustments, nutritional changes, or further sessions based on your individual needs.

4. Corrections and Techniques: Use of specific kinesiology techniques and modalities, including the above-mentioned vibrational healing tools, to address the imbalances or issues identified during the session.

5. Integration and Support: Assistance with integration of the session's findings and recommendations into your daily life, including guidance on self-care practices, lifestyle adjustments, exercises, or strategies to support your overall well-being between sessions.
